• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of (business) information technology or business administration.
  
• You have already managed RPA or even AI projects for more than two years.
• You speak perfect German and can speak English very well.
  
• You work very precisely and have a strong process mindset and combine this with IT understanding.
• You are a master of customer satisfaction. You ensure that every customer's needs are not only met, but exceeded.
• You enjoy working in a team, are sociable and assertive.

What you will experience

• You advise and support the digitalization of business processes.
  
• You support the implementation of large AI projects.
  
• You accept and evaluate requirements from the specialist department and the development of solutions.
  
• You translate technical requirements into an IT concept.
  
• You create test cases and put our software through its paces.
  
• You are responsible for the selection and conception of solutions in collaboration with the application specialists and the specialist department.
  
• You manage internal and external service providers with regard to technical, professional and strategic issues.
  
• You travel personally to customers to review processes
